Freezing

Yesterday I did a drawing – the first one in a month, I’m ashamed to say. It’s so easy to get out of the habit of these things.

    Nice drawing, though. Watercolour? A

  2. I should really do boiling because it is boiling here in Melbourne and also hard to make work in such an environment.

  3. My last drawing was well over a month ago! I need to get cracking on the EDM challenge I started.

I love this drawing. Inktense pencils are so easy but very effective.

Literal is good it’s still creative work!

  5. Hello Viv,
    Nice sketch!
Inktense coloured pencils is not cheating – it is two disciplines in one. You need to be able to use the pencils then control the colour with water.
Must admit, I’ve not used them but I do something similar with water soluble ink.

I think it looks great! Who cares if it’s cheating or not! Hahha. I love it! Not many would think to paint that! :) Great work!

  7. Well I recognised it instantly and I’d only scrolled halfway down the image! So it works for me!!

I think it is quite an original take on “Freezing”. Great idea, well done.
