What’s even better than hunting flowers?Β Hunting flowers with friends of course π
Yesterday we met up with the family of the gorgeous Paula aka Motherfunker, who blogs here):
and had a trip to the gardens of a local National Trust property to check out the flowers.
Here’s a few pics:
Gman brought his camera and spent some time photographing blooms. Here he is trying to get the perfect peony shot:
Afterwards, there was time to share home-made fairy cakes. And, for the boys, some frenzied Pokemon trading in the carpark π
What an amazing place – – I want to visit. Seriously, so lovely and the flowers are gorgeous. Thanks for linking up and playing along with my flower challenge. I sincerely appreciate it. xoxo
Thanks Lori – it’s only 12 miles away from home, can’t believe we’ve never been before!
Lets go again soon! Feeling really inspired by all the flowerlisciousness π
Oh yes! It’s a date π
Beautiful!!
Yes, the gardens were lovely – I am ashamed that we have never been before, and it only a few miles away!
Seems that happens to us all. I have yet to explore my town fully and I know I’m missing some beautiful things. If only life didn’t get in the way!
What a gorgeous place! Love your flower pics. Read your post about awards, and I wish I’d written it, it sums up perfectly what I’d like to say. Well done!
Thanks Allie! Glad you agree about the awards and don’t think I’m just an ungrateful so-and-so π
